We started out in this profession at the same time as its founders, more than 15 years ago, in now legendary firms.

Today, faced with the industrialization of large human resource consulting groups, we have decided to return to the quality exercise of our trade. And, paradoxically, to deepen coaching techniques regarding personal changes based on the discoveries of the past two decades.
