Our “3D© Diagnosis, Dynamics and Development” approach explores three dimensions:
- know how to be,
- know how to do,
- motivations.
The summary of these complementary dimensions leads to the formulation of a professional development project and allows for a broadening of possible solutions.
Our method is particularly practical. It is essentially based on tests and individual interviews. We want the diagnosis to favor a rapid application of concrete action plans.
At the end of the 3D© program, during a review meeting with his/her manager and a member of the human resource department, the participant presents and supports his/her professional project.
Together, they analyze the feasibility of the project and define an action plan and schedule for implementation.
