Employee coaching during restructurings is characteristic of collective terminations in the form of a Plan to Save Employment (Plan de Sauvegarde de l’Emploi).

Good practices in this field include :

  • Assisting with internal and/or external mobility,
  • Helping terminated employees to find a job corresponding to their skills,
  • Providing perspectives to the employees retained by the company,
  • Encouraging the pursuit of the company’s business, its medium term development and therefore the re-creation of employment,
  • Reinforcing dialogue with employees.

    Excelia intervenes once the decision is taken,
  • with the company :
