Employee coaching during restructurings is characteristic of collective terminations in the form of a Plan to Save Employment (Plan de Sauvegarde de l’Emploi).
Good practices in this field include :
- Assisting with internal and/or external mobility,
- Helping terminated employees to find a job corresponding to their skills,
- Providing perspectives to the employees retained by the company,
- Encouraging the pursuit of the company’s business, its medium term development and therefore the re-creation of employment,
- Reinforcing dialogue with employees.
Excelia never intervenes in the company’s decision to restructure its business and personnel.
Excelia intervenes once the decision is taken,
- with the company :
- as advisors for the internal and/or external communication plan,
- as experts on the choice of appropriate employment measures with regard to the population and relevant employment zones.
- with the employee :
- by assisting with their search for a new job, either internally or externally, in accordance with their personal and professional features, their fundamental needs and their constraints,
- in executing, before any termination, any study that may facilitate the reclassification of employees.
