The mobility interview involves a current employee; its objective is to assess his suitability for another position.

It also allows for the assessment of the suitability of candidates in relation to a position and provides substance to the final decision.
Indeed, a failure in mobility can be very costly both financially and psychologically for the employee and also for the company.

The mobility interview is therefore important for the employer and the employee.  It is also delicate because of the difference in the interviewer and the interviewee’s objectives.
