Marion has a broad variety of skills: she has a sense of service and warm relations, is rigorous, organized and responsive.

Her education and experience are proof :
with a university degree in History and a diploma in paramedical sales, she started her career in the Laboratoire Therabel Lucien Pharma company as a sales representative, then discovered Human Resource Management in the “temporary personnel” department of GEFCO (a Peugeot subsidiary).
Since 2001, her passion for HR has grown. During her three years with ALTEDIA (an HR firm specialized in the coaching professions, she developed the numerous qualities required by assistants. Since 2004, she has expressed these talents at Excelia.
